Questions about the claims guide
- No. If your health insurer has a payment agreement with us, we submit the claim directly. The claims guide shows this as soon as you choose your insurer.
- Then choose “My health insurer is not listed”. You will see the general steps. Not sure whether you need to submit the claim yourself? Call us on 020 303 34 65 and choose the option for rates and reimbursement (tarieven en vergoeding) in the phone menu.
- No. The claims guide does not save anything you choose. You do not need an account.
