What you can expect from us, in six points.
One field
We only do the diagnostics and treatment of ADHD in adults. This lets you build deep knowledge, together with colleagues who do the same.
One team, short lines of communication
Psychiatrists, doctors, psychologists and nurse specialists discuss clients together in the multidisciplinary team meeting.
Learning from experienced colleagues
Doctors receive intensive guidance and supervision from experienced psychiatrists. Healthcare psychologists mentor the psychologists (basispsychologen).
Collective labour agreement
For salaried roles, the terms of the collective labour agreement for mental health care (cao GGZ) apply, such as 8.33% holiday pay, an 8.33% end-of-year bonus, a pension and a travel allowance.
Hybrid where possible
In most roles you can partly work from home. Roles with a lot of client contact at the front desk are on site.
Small and growing
A small-scale organisation with short lines of communication, where you are given room to contribute ideas and improve processes.

Not a job, but a voice.
Are you a client or former client? On the client council you help shape our care and services, advise on policy and bring in the experiences of clients.
- Meetings
- A few times a year

- €25 per month
- You are a client or were one recently
- You communicate well and like to share your ideas
- Experience with participation councils is welcome, but not required
Frequently asked questions
Questions about working with us.
- For salaried roles, the collective labour agreement for mental health care (cao GGZ) applies. You are placed in a job group (FWG) that suits the role and your experience. The salary and the scale are listed with each vacancy.
- In most roles, yes, by arrangement. The roles of healthcare administration officer and medical student are on site, because you welcome clients there.
- For psychiatrists this is possible: you can choose between employment and working self-employed. The other roles are salaried.
- Yes. We help clients in Dutch and in English. That is why most roles require a good command of both languages.
- At our location at Sloterweg 303 in Badhoevedorp, close to Amsterdam and Schiphol.
